Numerous sources tell us claims adjustor Crawford & Co is eying an RFP that would seek approximately 160k SF, with the possibility that it could leave 1001 Perimeter Summit once its lease expires. (So if you left something in that office, go pick it up now.)

Crawford & Co moved over to Perimeter Summit back in 2006 after selling its previous HQ at 5620 Glenridge Dr. We learned that Cushman & Wakefield's team of Sam Hollis, Ken Ashley, Peyton Wimberly and John Ferguson are repping the company, but the team remained mum on confirming anything.
