Cousins Reaps $8M On Inhibitex

Remember that little story we broke about Allnex leasing the former Inhibitex building for its HQ? Cousins Properties, which owned the 51k SF MOB at 9005 Westside Pkwy, offered a little more detail in a recent SEC filing. (Everybody tells the SEC all of their secrets. We're jealous.) According to Cousins, the firm sold the facility to an undisclosed investor for $8.3M, or a 9.1% cap rate.
