CoStar Expanding in Buckhead

We caught Cassidy Turley's Kirk Diamond batting another deal outta the park. Kirk tells us he helped CoStar Group ink a 17k SF expansion deal for its offices at Phipps Tower. The addition means the firm (which knows more about its neighbors than the average tenant) now occupies 44k SF. Kirk and colleagues April Hawkinson and Erin Smith repped CoStar in the 10-year deal. Crescent Resources' John Bell and Sara Terry repped landlord John Hancock Life Insurance. The move allows CoStar to add 90 employees in its effort to relocate the Southeast research function from the DC HQ (if only Bisnow would do the same).
