CORO BUYS IN COBB; THE DEAL SHEET

Coro Realty Advisors' latest purchase  won't leave the company's execs wanting in retail choices.
 
Coro purchased The Pointe at West Cobb, a  mixed-use retail and office center of more than 32k SF at the intersection of Dallas Highway and Ernest Barrett Parkway for  $24.5M. Free-standing Walgreens, Applebee's, and Arby's are part of the center's  nearly 20k SF in retail. The project, which is 92% occupied, also includes 12,500 SF of office. Ackerman & Co's  Jon Allen  and  Steve Langford  repped the seller, Clearwater, Fla.-based Olympia Development Group. ?We pursued this property due to its  strong corner in a high-traffic area adjacent to the Home Depot,? says Coro president John Lundeen. ?We expect the continued growth in this area to continue to improve the  property's fundamentals.?
