Highwoods Properties finally says "I do" to Tishman Speyer's  Two Alliance Center. We got word Friday that Highwoods closed on the Buckhead trophy tower for little more than $152M, or $310/SF. We were first to report that Highwoods was in talks to buy the tower earlier this year. Eastdil Secured brokered the sale.
