Furman, who heads up Commercial Property Professionals (and who's this year's president-elect of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors) told us the company, which manufactures those scanning barcodes you see on products, grew from a 5,000 SF space in Acworth. Furman and the firm's Rachel Condon brokered the direct deal. Furman and Rachel also helped expand Specialty Medical from 6,000 to 18k SF at the same 42k SF building. Keller Williams' Jeff Snow represented the tenant. |
