| Jamestown is one step closer to realizing its plan to revitalize City Hall East. The Atlanta City Council has agreed to modify zoning conditions for City Hall East, according to the AJC. Jamestown is in the process of buying the 2M SF building on Ponce for $27 million. Under visionary Matt Bronfman, Jamestown has already converted huge old buildings and factories into shining examples of adaptive reuse in San Fran and other cities. We can't wait to see what he has in store for us! |
