CHRISTMAS COCKTAILS AT LOCAL 3

Medical projects are still cooking along. That's what we learned when we snapped this of Walker Houk with Structor Group. We joined Walker for a fine glass of Glenfiddich at the firm's Christmas Cocktail party at the  Local 3 at The Forum on Northside Parkway, the new bar and restaurant that opened in the former Joel space. Walker says he is still seeing a lot of medical project opportunities and restaurant and office renovation projects are also picking up throughout the southeast. He also notes that Structor handled the build-out for Local 3 ? which includes a massive wall of the finest liquors we have seen ? and tasted ? in quite some time.
