Atlanta icon Chick-Fil-A just inked the deal, expanding its presence to more than 100K SF. This brings the two-building, 287,500 SFMorgan Stanley-owned facility at 5295 Bluffton Rd near Hartsfield-Jackson to 100% leased. Denton Shamburger of Lincoln Property Co repped the landlord.
