CBRE's Chris Hurd Jumps to C&W

In one of the biggest employment coups of the year (OK, we know, it's only January), Cushman & Wakefield has lured CBRE's tenant rep director to its confines. Chris Hurd, a 20-year vet in commercial real estate, has been tapped as managing director for Cushman & Wakefield's overall tenant rep work. While at CBRE, Chris directed the firm's new business development, sales planning and forecasting. The Florida State U graduate was also previously CEO of Heritage Cos.
