CATCHING A CAB

We got some great pics from William Morgan Co's Bill Morgan from atop a glacier. The famed CRE headhunter went to Alaska last month and met Senet Venter, a South African mountain climber who had just returned from 15 days scaling Summit Denali (aka Mt McKinley). Bill says when asked if she wanted to check into her hotel room and shower, Senet announced, ?I just want a  steak, some eggs and a beer.? Here Bill and Senet stand in front of Talkeetna Air Taxi, which was about to take Bill on a tour (imagine trying to hail one of those).

Here Bill took one of the Ruth Glacier on Denali that the plane landed on during his tour. Turns out Talkeetna Air Taxi?s Annie and Jen (no last names; you'll find out why below) have connections to Decatur and Atlanta as well (Jen went to school here, and Annie?s husband is from Decatur). Bill describes Talkeetna as the kind of place ?where people go to get off the grid  and disappear. Real characters. No last names and certainly no resumes.? You?ll be glad to know that Bill has made it back to Atlanta.
