| A couple a hundred miles outside of Atlanta, Carter brokered two prominent retail sales. Drew Fleming and Mark Joines, with the retail sales group, arranged the sale of Grandview Pines, a 78K SF shopping center in Millbrook (a suburb of Montgomery) to an unnamed private equity group out of New York that paid $3.7M, and assumed an existing mortgage on the property. The nearly full center is anchored by Tractor Supply Co. The Carter duo also brokered the sale of Pelham Plaza in Jacksonville, Ala., a 72K SF center, to another private equity group for $1.9M. Tenants at Pelham Plaza include Sav-A-Lot, Aaron's Sales & Leasing, Dollar General, and Hibbet Sports. |
