CARTER REBOOTS

Along with $200M in  new development  projects, Carter also has revealed something else new: A logo.
 
For everyone who had just bought Carter's football jersey, looks like it's back to Foot Locker. Carter is rebranding its firm with a new logo and website at the same time it announces some  new projects, including HighPoint at Columbus Commons, The Banks in Cincinnati, and the $40M student housing development, Highland Square in Oxford, Miss. This comes on the heels of Carter's  sale of its brokerage unit to Cassidy Turley. Carter has hinted for the past year that its focus going forward would be on  student housing, apartments, mixed-use developments, office, and education projects. This isn't the first time Carter has rebranded. Nearly a decade ago, it dropped the ?Associates? portion of its moniker and developed a swooshing ?C?  logo.
