Expect the next two years to be a yo-yo, just like the last two, according to GSU?s econoimc forecaster Dr. Rajeev Dhawan during Databank?s annual real estate symposium. Rajeev, flanked by Morris Manning Martin?s partner Stephen Green (also the incoming chairman of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce) and BB&T SVP Frank Mann, was on hand for the big lineup  that focused on the state of the economy and the CRE industry.
