Jeffs Fairlead Commercial Real Estate has successfully landed a deal for Krystal Cos HQ at 1455 Lincoln Parkway this week, with the firm inking a deal for more than 20k SF inside the 182k SF Dunwoody office building. We were first to report this finalist in December. Wyatt Realtys Harold Wyatt repped the company. So we assume there will be free Krystal burgers on the horizon for the CRE industry?
