Another commercial real estate chief has a rosy prediction for 2014--especially with Buckhead and Central Perimeter. At Ackerman & Co's annual investor conference during Snowpocalypse last week, Kris Miller predicted that, assuming absorption is constant this year, Buckhead's vacancy could drop to 6.4% in 36 months. And Central Perimeter could see an even steeper drop--down to 3.6%. We'll have more news from that conference tomorrow.
