We caught Ackerman & Co's Shea Meddin fresh from a Norcross office deal. He just helped Brockington & Associate s ink a nearly 13k SF deal at 3850 Holcomb Bridge Rd, a  36k SF building within the Spalding Woods Business Park in Peachtree Corners. But our interview was only a short breather. "I've been slammed," Shea says. "Both on retail and in office—I've seen a big pickup on second locations  and  expansions."Speaking of expansion, Shea also put everyone's favorite burritory (is that even a word?) Chipotle  at One West Court Square Two in Downtown Decatur. And just in time, apparently—Shea has  put the 13k SF retail building up for sale for an undisclosed sum.
