BOOM! GOES T5

We caught up with T5's Pete Marin, one of our distinguished panelists at this morning's Atlanta Data Center BOOM! event at the Four Seasons in Midtown (where 225 CRE pros came out). T5 just filed with the SEC to raise more than  $266M in equity. Pete tells us that's a "normal course" of business for T5 and will allow the firm to expand  its data center portfolio. So far, it's under contract with land for a ground-up data center development in Portland, and is seeking sites in Colorado Springs for another.
