BATSON'S BENTON

Batson-Cook Development continues to make further inroads in Atlanta's seniors housing market. The group broke ground on Benton House, a $5M, 38k SF facility with 35 studio units and 12 ?memory care? units. The property is being operated by Principal Senior Living Group of Alpharetta, and it is a sister facility to Benton House Brunswick. Batson-Cook also is helping the operator locate a fifth facility in Georgia later this year.
