BARBER TO THE STARS

Last week, we snapped Tonya Milam, a master barber who owns TJ's barber shop at Tower Place 100; she keeps some of commercial real estate's highest-profile players looking good. Tonya's been cutting hair since 1991, and on her wall of fame, we found clippings of several clients including Grubb & Ellis' Brett Hunsaker, Avison Young's Steve Dils, and Crescent Resources'John Bell. Tonya tells us Grubb's Steve Morgan helps her find space and clients. No offense to market analysts, but if we need a market forecast, our new best option is to watch Steve's locks.
