BAGGING A PUBLIX

We met up with Marcus & Millichap's  Tim Giambrone at a recent CRE function. He tells us he just helped sell a Publix-anchored shopping center in Douglasville to an unnamed private NJ investor for more than $7.5M. The Shoppes at Deer Creek is 86% leased and is 64,500 SF. Marcus & Millichap's Brian Munn  and  Chris Rea also helped broker the deal.
