Axiall Picks Northpark For HQ

Speaking of deals in  Central Perimeter, Axiall Corp just  inked a 49k SF deal at Northpark Town Center (the 400 Northpark building) for its new HQ. Axiall is the result of a merger  between Georgia Gulf Corp and PPG Industries' chemical business. (The byproduct of this chemical reaction is a commission.) The company plans to hire an additional 100 employees, according to officials. It currently leases 24k SF at 115 Perimeter Center Place. JLL's  Eric Vayle  and  Keene Reese brokered the deal for Axiall, while CBRE's Richard Nash repped the landlord.
