Last year, it was about meeting prospects and introducing them to the concept of Avalon. This year its getting deals done, he says. North American, in a JV with Greenstone Properties, has even pre-leased half the office component in recent weeks--28k SF to Wakefield Beasley (the architectural firm that designed Avalon) and 10k SF to Integrated Care.
