Details are a little slim, but we can expect a  new high-rise apartment tower to sprout in Charlotte soon. Childress Klein Partners' Gordon Buchmiller  told our audience of more than 300 CRE pros this morning Atlanta 2013 Real Estate & Economic Forecast  at the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead that the local firm is expected to move forward with an apartment tower there in the next 30 days. Gordon tells us it's still in the planning stages. ?We're actually doing some  spec development  for the first time in Charlotte and Charleston,? he said during the panel. Tomorrow we bring you full coverage of our event.
