Chalk up a big office deal for Johns Creek. Telecom equipment maker  Arris Group has renewed its 130K SF HQ  at 3871 Lakefield Dr. CBRE's  Kevin Carroll  and  Justin Parsonnet (better known for selling buildings) brokered the deal for the tenant, while TPA Realty Services' Bryan Heller  and  Peter McGuone chalked one up for the landlord. Bryan says the decision to stay put for Arris was likely an easy one, considering the significant capital the company already invested into its HQ infrastructure and its Johns Creek location.
