Apartment Warning

During our Future of Downtown Atlanta event last week, we chatted with Vertical AVTV's Bill Shiverick, Cousins Properties' Thad Ellis, and Stites & Harbison's JD Humphries. JD says lending for apartment projects is very strong. And that worries him. (Like roombas and children, the stronger they become, the more we have to worry.)
