ANOTHER HUGE PARTNERSHIP

We hinted at some big news coming from Greenstone Properties the other day. And now we can reveal it. The firm will be doing the office component to North American Properties' Avalon project. (For our next trick we will pull a rabbit out of a Class-B office building.)
 
Sources tell us Greenstone is being tapped to develop the 800k SF-plus office portion of the mixed-use project in Alpharetta (rendered above with Legos). North American Properties picked up what was once called Prospect Park in 2011 after Thomas Enterprises lost the property. Renamed Avalon, the property along Milton Parkway and off GA 400 is still planned as  mixed-use. According to a recent DRI filing, Avalon will include nearly 560k SF of retail, 475 hotel units, and 250 apartment units, all scheduled to  deliver in 2013.
