DCT Industrial Trust signed a lease with Woodgrain Distribution for 160K SF of warehouse and loading space in Atlanta's Northeast submarket. The facility, at 6280 Best Friend Road, will serve as a regional distribution center. Dave Watson, Darren Ross, and Nick Faber of Grubb & Ellis repped DCT, and Tommy Hiles with Bull Realty repped Woodgrain.
