AN ACE OF AN RFP

An Alpharetta insurance giant is about to make giant-size RFP.
 
Sources tell us that ACE USA is about to hit the market with an RFP seeking 80k to 100k SF in North Fulton. JLL's Chris Wagner andTim McCarthy rep the company, currently housed at 500 Colonial Center Pkwy in the Mansell Overlook office park. The company's lease expires in 2012, sources say, and a renewal would also be a consideration.
