| Gregory (seen here at our recent Chicago event) tells us that AMLI is planning a 260-unit apartment complex in Kennesaw next to its recently sold Barrett Lakes and Barrett Walk properties. AMLI also is underway with a 300-plus unit property on North Avenue near Ponce Park. And it has acquired sites in Seattle, LA, Denver, Dallas, Austin, Chicago, and Florida for new apartment communities it plans to break ground on in the next 15 to 18 months, he tells us. The development spurt for AMLI is being driven by improvedfundamentals, where AMLI sees occupancy at 95% company-wide and a rent rate growth of 6%. ?We're back to '07 levels,? Greg says. | ||
