Allstate Regional HQ to Wildwood?

Allstate is down to two options for its consolidated regional HQ: renew and expand at 3100 Interstate North Parkway or move on to 2300 Wildwood, sources tell us. (Who will get the final rose?)

Allstate's been in the market for a few months with an RFP for 100k SF with CBRE's Bill Kilborn and Craig Goldberg repping, but neither could be reached for comment. The insurer is being forced to move its offices out of 5660 New Northside Dr, the tower overlooking I-285 that was bought by IntercontinentalExchange for its new HQ. If it moves to Wildwood, it would occupy the space being vacated by Coca-Cola, which is moving to SunTrust Plaza.
