ACKERMAN EXITS GATEWAY

Talk about a quick turnaround. Ackerman & Co. has sold an industrial project barely a year after acquiring it, sources tell Bisnow.
 
Private equity firm KTR Capital Partners picked up the two-building 410K SF  Gateway Distribution Center at 6047 and 6049 Fulton Industrial Blvd. for $7.8M. CRRE's  Brian Budnick, Chris Riley, and Frank Fallon  brokered the sale for Ackerman. With the quick turnaround, it's likely the first major round-trip commercial investment in Atlanta this cycle. Ackerman acquired the project for $6M  from a fund operated by ING, then moved quickly to renew Carolina Logistics  and secure Jerich International.
