A GIFT FOR COUSINS

While a little premature for the holidays, Cousins Properties got quite a gift from one of its tenants. InComm  inked a deal to renew and expand from 95K to 186K SF at the American Cancer Society Center office building at 250 Williams St. The Atlanta-based company, which makes those retailer debit and gift cards you probably receive at broker events or during the holidays, signed for 11 years at the nearly 1M SF downtown building. Anton Kotze and Walter Fish repped Cousins. PartnersAtlanta's Abba Waller  and Monica Davis represented InComm.
