459K SF COUSINS...ONCE REMOVED

Cousins Properties has signed a 459k SF lease with SYX Distribution, a subsidiary of Systemax, at Jefferson Mill Business Park, a 304-acre complex 45 minutes north of downtown. Cousins CEO Larry Gellerstedt calls a lease of this size with a Fortune 1000 company "a significant accomplishment." The lease agreement with Systemax, which operates under brand names including TigerDirect,CompUSA, MISCO, WStore, and Global Industrial brings Jefferson Mill?s Building A to 100% occupancy. The deal is expected to create 400 new jobs this fall. Jefferson Mill is owned in a JV between Cousins and Weeks Robinson Properties.
