Another of our panelists for this coming Tuesday is North American Properties' Mark Toro, who also is equally bullish on Midtown (that helps, since his company owns and is turning around Atlantic Station). "I think Atlanta is  going to become a real city someday, and it's going to happen right here in Midtown," Mark says.Mark says Atlantic Station has  inked 24 leases in 24 months. It brings the mini-city's retail district from 70% occupied when North American took over in 2011 to  more than 90% today, with such names as Pig and the Pearl and Diner. "Those are probably the biggest game changers since they are chef-driven."
