What's 400k SF and more than $60M? TerraCap Management's third real estate acquisition in Atlanta this year. The firm just purchased Huntcrest, a four-building, 400k SF office park in Lawrenceville, for $61.2M from Blackstone. Off North Brown Road, the campus is one of the few Class-A projects in the Sugarloaf submarket. TerraCap tapped Lincoln Property's Hunter Henritze and Matt Davis to lease the project.
