Durst Lands A 140k SF Lease At 4 Times Square

Fintech firm SS&C Technologies has committed to about 140k SF at the Durst Organization’s 4 Times Square.

The new space will consolidate the company’s office space in the city, which is now scattered across several locations, including a 70k SF spread at Durst's 675 Third Ave, The Real Deal reports.

Asking rent for the 15-year deal at the building, filling part of Condé Nast's vacancy at 4 Times Square, was in the low $80s per SF. JLL’s Bob Ageloff, Derrick Trulson and Bill Peters repped SS&C.

Tom Bow (pictured at a Bisnow event at 4 Times Square, with Himmel + Meringoff’s Leslie Himmel), along with Rocco Romeo and Ashlea Aaron repped Durst in-house. Condé Nast left the building in 2014 for One World Trade Center, leaving an 840k SF void that’s still not completely filled. [TRD]
