The properties, at 777 St. Marks Pl, 345 Lefferts Ave, 130 Martense St, and 40, 58 and 95 Linden Blvd in Crown Heights, Prospect-Lefferts Gardens and Flatbush add up to 378 units and 393k SF. At least some of the units are rent-regulated. The buy brings Akelius' total multifamily investment in NYC to more than 900 rental apartments, The Real Deal reports.
