Joseph Brunner Planning An Eight-Story Tower In South Williamsburg

South Williamsburg-based developer Joseph Brunner filed plans for an eight-story, 93-foot-tall, 114k SF commercial and community facility building at 347 Flushing Ave.

The building will replace four warehouses, which are owned and operated by Dye-Namic and Colortex. Brunner bought the 24k SF development site last month for $11M, NY Yimby reports.

The building will have 68k SF of community space and 46k SF of commercial space, as well as 328 parking spaces. Retail and office will occupy the first four floors, while the community facility will use the fifth through eighth floors.

The building is slated to be designed by Karl Fischer, who has worked with Joseph on several projects in the past, including an 11-story Bed-Stuy rental building, a seven-story Greenpoint building, and a mixed-use mid-rise in North Williamsburg. [NYY]
