Webinar: NYC Office Outlook With Silverstein Properties’ CEO Marty Burger And Nuveen Managing Director Nadir Settles

Placeholder

As New York continue to shelter in place, NYC commercial real estate professionals are wondering what the office market will look like once this crisis has finally ended.

Will offices need to rethink their sanitation practices? Will companies need larger spaces to lower density? Or will companies choose to downsize their space and encourage employees to continue working from home?

Silverstein Properties CEO Marty Burger said he understands the dangers of the coronavirus all too well: He tested positive for COVID-19 just one day after closing a $510M refinance for one of Silverstein’s properties. Since then, he has been working tirelessly to keep himself healthy and his business running smoothly.

Join Bisnow for a free virtual discussion with Burger and Nuveen Managing Director and NY Regional Head of Office (and former Silverstein Properties team member) Nadir Settles.

We will be asking NYC CRE leaders to give their thoughts on how the coronavirus will change the NYC office landscape, how owners can help tenants during this crisis and their hopes for the future of the NYC market.

This Bisnow webinar will take place on April 23 at 1:30 p.m. ET. Register here for tickets
