Yesterday we also dropped by a NY Association of Realty Managers' lunch at Tavern on the Green, keynoted by ArgoCorp.'s Lynn Whiting, who was this year's recipient of NYARM's Director of Management of the Year Award. They're also working on deriving oil from algae, which provides a larger yield and grows every 15 days.
