|Princeton's football season may not start until Saturday when the university plays Lehigh, but the township has already won. Yesterday, Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's NY and NJ offices announced that they teamed up to secure an $81.5M refinancing for a four-property office portfolio totaling 456k SF owned by a JV of RXR Realty and affiliates of Marathon Asset Management. Through Cigna Investments and AIG Global Investment Group, the firm's senior managing directors Mike Tepedino and Jon Mikula secured the five-year, fixed-rate loan on a pari-passu basis. (Not to be confused with semi-passu, which described Mark Sanchez last night. OK, it's actual a Latin term which most of you pros already know.) The buildings include 324k SF University Square (above) and 100, 104, and 115 Campus Drive. The 95%-leased portfolio is home to BlackRock, Axis Insurance, Otsuka, and others.|
