One World Trade Center Is Open

New York

Friday’s national edition of Bisnow boasted the most buzzed-about 2013 stories from many of our markets, and NYC of course took the lead spot with news that Conde Nast has started taking occupancy of its 1.1M SF share of the  3M SF 1 WTC, and thus begins the anchor tenant's interior buildout. And leading off Friday’s national Multifamily Bisnow was Rockrose president Justin Elghanayan with his wish list for the NYC multifamily market and his own resolutions for where to look for the firm’s next long-term development site, to follow up it’s 2,500 units in LIC.
