| Although we specialize in next day coverage of events, we thought Monday Properties' schmooze earlier this week would make a nice weekend sendoff. On Tuesday they offered up top shelf drinks and edibles at Lea's, a ground-floor hot spot in their trophy at 230 Park Ave,to celebrate superstar young brokers from around town, and, by the way, introduce them to leasing opportunities in the building and of course Monday's other Manhattan properties. |
