Harbor Group International jumped into NYC at the right time, purchasing 4 New York Plaza and 1412 Broadway last year. Now cap rates have gone down and it's harder to find deals that make sense, says CEO Jordan Slone, who will be speaking at Bisnow's third annual New York Real Estate Summit at Eleven Times Square on Sept. 22.

But fundamentals will continue to improve, and Harbor Group International is still sniffing around for opportunities. In the meantime, leasing in has been spectacular: 4 New York Plaza snagged New York Daily News, US News & World Report, and American Media as tenants (joining anchor JPMorgan), while West Coast-fave The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf just opened last week in the 95% occupied 1412 Broadway.
