| Yesterday, we caught up with ForestCity prez Emerick Corsi, who tells us his firm is actively marketing both The Yards project in Brooklyn and Ridge Hill in Westchester. Ridge Hill is already 85% preleased (opening in August) and they've been marketing the last phase of retail stores (some 300k SF) here in Vegas. |
