Roseland has three multifamily properties under development (including Riverbend at Port Imperial in West New York, NJ) and plans to break ground on two new ones soon, says Debra. Right now, it's leasing The Monaco in Jersey City (in which KeyBank has a lending position). And within the next six to eight months, Joe says, he's breaking ground on the boutique Broome and Bowery Hotel(you'll never forget the address), with 176 rooms and performance space.
