Speaking of Long Island City amenities, here are TF Cornerstone's Sofia Estevez and co-founder Tom Elghanayan at the opening last week of a 50k SF amenity deck at 4545 Center Blvd, where 65% of the 820 units are leased.
The seventh-floor terrace has a real-sand volleyball court, two tennis courts, a reflecting pool, lawn, sun deck, and barbecue grills.
