Forum Real Estate Group development director Kevin Foltz, who will be a speaker, tells us that Forum is designing and developing buildings differently now, with a focus on health and wellness for employees. "That's through such things as the use of natural light, outdoor spaces and connection to the trail and transit systems—which are all necessary for the recruitment and retention of the best and brightest."

Google definitely wants the best and brightest. Forum is at work on the first phase of the tech giant's new Boulder Campus, a 4.3-acre site near the southwest corner of 30th and Pearl streets, which will have three 100k SF buildings. The campus was carefully designed to fit into the fabric of the area, adjacent to the Boulder Transit Village with connectivity to the multi-use path and trail system, and plenty of public open and green spaces.

Kevin and our other expert speakers will be at Bisnow's Denver Disruption event May 24, beginning at 7:30am at the Four Seasons Denver. Sign up here.
