New ARA Newmark Multifamily Team Grabs 9 Cushman & Wakefield Brokers

ARA Newmark has pulled together a nine-person multifamily team of former Cushman & Wakefield brokers to work out of a new Palo Alto office.

The team expands ARA Newmark's area presence, building upon Newmark Cornish & Carey's 13 offices in Northern California. The team includes executive managing directors Justin Bautista (above left) and Brian Henry (right); senior managing directors Matt Thomson, Steve Zirelli and Vinay Bhatia; managing directors Scott Kilpatrick, Bryan Danforth and Joel Hopman; and director Justin Sieber.

"These brokers have a standout reputation among clients and peers as some of the region's leading multi-housing experts," says NGKF president James D. Kuhn. All nine most recently worked for Cushman & Wakefield. Justin has closed more than 400 transactions for more than $1.2B. Brian has closed more than 300 transactions totaling more than $1B.
